Now on top of the neutral light flashing

Now on top of neutral light flashing the gear indicator number flashing, I
Got stuck in the rain and now my gas gauge reads empty and I filled it not long ago and you can see it sloshing around, any ideas why all the electrical issues, I checked the connections before I put the head light on, I did not check the switch under front sprocket cover yet, for the flashing neutral light problem
