2006 tank sports retro classic complete rebuild

While it might sound stupid I'm doing a full restoration and customization of my little scooter to look like one from the monster high toy line. I recently found a supplier of parts out of Germany who's been pretty reliable with not only information but a host of parts and upgrades.

I'll post a few photos of my scooter and what I. Planning as soon as I find a means to shrink them.

My current plan is as follows.
New plastics in candy apple red except the rear sides which will be black and hydro dipped.

Front basket

Rear hard case

Passenger back rest
Aluminum floorboards
Windscreen
Cup and phone holder
Passenger pegs
Light upgrades for better night driving.
White wall tires for spring/summer.

Black fall/winter

I'd love to upgrade it to a 180cc but need to do more research on them.

Mechanically I need to do the following

New seals all the way around
New drive belt.
Breaks
Valve lifter adjustment
Carb adjustment to run better. Right now she needs to warm up a bit before she runs well.

If I can upgrade the stator or find a way to do a micro alternator upgrade.

Once I can get the engine info. I'd love any help I can esp if someone is in my area of Washington state to help.
