Brozz Carb Tuning Question for Setup

HI All,
Wanted to ask the carb tuning experts out there for a suggestion on the following setup:
Brozz 250 stock carb setup 105 mail / 34 pilot
Airbox Snorkel Removed
8 holes poked in exhaust endcap
Elevation: 600

I purchased this kit off Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I plan to do the following: (based on MotoCheez video)
Install 110 main Jet
Turn fuel mixture out 3 turns
Install a washer under the needle jet
Install 35 Pilot Jet?

Does that sound right for my setup/elevation?
Do i need to change the pilot jet or leave that one alone?

Thanks

110 main would be a good starting point. The 35 seem small. Is it hard to start on warm days? If so i would try a 38. Most of these bikes come with a 38 or 40 pilot jet.

I'll have to confirm the pilot size when i open it up but from what i read online the Brozz comes with 105 main and 34 pilot. She'll start up with no choke but then die unless i feather the throttle, prompting me to full choke for 30 seconds and then no choke after that.
