Q9Powersports selling 2019's as 2020's
I talked about it in my youtube video where I show my receipt and then the title. I paid for a 2020 but they gave me an old 2019. I filed a BBB complaint and Q9 does not respond to the BBB. Struggled to get my replacement parts from shipping damage until the outside insurance company I paid for kept contacting them for the parts. Never got all the right parts.
I gave Q9 6 months to make it right but nothing so thats my opinion of them.

I ordered a 2020 from q9 and I got a 2020. That's a bummer you had a bad experience with them because my experience was great, fast delivery and my hawk runs like a top!

I’m having a similar issue. Pre-ordered in June, item came available last week. Told me I need to pay 25% more because I “ordered a 2020” and they received a 2021. Nowhere on their website or my invoice did it state a model year. I have active complaints.
File a complaint on the Secretary of State WI website. I just filed one today - once they see the complaints rolling in they will get the idea. https://datcp.wi.gov/Pages/Programs_...Complaint.aspx For you they are telling you the model year is “just a stamp” and for me they are saying that stamp is worth 25% more! Scammers. Happy to send you anything I have to get these guys to pay up. |
