Warning - Superiorpowersports.com is just robbing people.

Big warning here - superiorpowersports (AKA Veloz) has taken 'bad dealer' to criminal new depths.

They are just stealing your money. Here's their game (based on my own experience, and the experience of many other customers - just google 'superiorpowersports fraud' to check it out yourself.) :

First, they take your money. Then they tell you, "all set ! Should arrive in 3 weeks!"

But no tracking #. They explain, that is due to the pandemic. Which makes no sense whatever.

3 weeks go by, and you get an email - "Oh. Sorry. That item is out of stock. We'll refund your money in 3-7 business days."

So the item they say was sent 3 weeks ago wasn't sent after all, and they don't have one to send now, and they are going to hold your money for another week because that's how long these things take.

A week goes by and you get nothing. Email them - nothing. They've ghosted you. No comment.

You now have to resort to a credit card charge-back to get your money back. If you paid by money order or something, you have to take them to court.

This company will probably be out of business very soon as they are getting buried in charge-backs and negative reviews. I hope this note saves one person from getting burned.

I think they are by far the worse company. I saw the game they play when they tried to up sell me to another out of stock vehicle when the one I ordered magically went out of stock after they confirmed over the phone they had plenty in stock in their warehouse. I did a chargeback for that order. FYI "Veloz" has the same corporate address as Tao Tao. Which leads me to believe they are very much affiliated with Tao.
