TT 250 rear wheel

Anybody know if the TT 250 rear wheel and axle assembly and the brake mounting brackets and caliper parts are the same as the HAWK 250? The rotor looks different but rest looks to be the same.

Rear hub is a slightly different design in terms of dimensions on the sprocket side, but the axle, swing arm, and the adjusters, are the same. The wheel Hub design is also different in terms of style and spoke type, but it uses the same wheel bearings as the Hawk.

The brake stuff is similar but you would want a TT250 owner to confirm some dimensions with you. Mainly spacer width from wheel bearing to swing arm, and the offset of the caliper mounting surface on the axle spacer/bracket mount to either end of said spacer. The caliper itself is basically the same. Likely the rotor, aside from design, is the same generic bolt pattern the Hawk and several other bikes use.

Rear sprocket side of the wheel if installing a flat sprocket will require 5mm spacers and the sprocket to be mounted groove side out.

About half of the rear end of my last Hawk got replaced with TT250 stuff, so I can attest to how similar the back ends are.

Worst case scenario if you want to run the TT250 rear wheel would be the need to run the left side wheel spacer and all of the brake side stuff.

All years of the TT250 in the U.S. had the dished rear sprocket. CSC themselves actually sells the same JT Sprockets us Hawk guys use with spacers and instructions to mount the sprocket with the groove facing out.

Ok that’s weird but I could very well be wrong etc
I thought the rear hub was just a CG125 etc like most all this type of bike

Don't know about Hawk, but the rear caliper on a TT250 is dual piston single action. The Brozz has a single piston single action rear caliper.
