Lowering Kickstand
I lowered the rear shock all the way down on my Tao 250 TBR7, I was wondering if any of you fellas know how much I should shorten my kickstand by so that it stands safely and stands proper? Thanks a million, Joe.

Can it be removed....heated and bent/formed a bit lower to match the new measurements....?

Only you will be able to determine that. Try sticking different thickness of plywood under front and rear tire until you get the right lean you are looking for. Then you will know how much to cut off. So say if you stick a 1/2" thick piece under front and rear tire and it sits like you want it then cut off 1/2".

That would probably be the exact thing I would do if it's not that far off. It don't take much.

Not answering your question, but confirming that my TBR7 sits so damn high, I've got it lowered quite a bit, but still tip toe when stopped. My one complaint about the bike is how high it sits and I'm 5' 9" - 5' 10"
