I need a straight intake manifold!

Hey does anyone have a link to a good straight manifold for the hawk? It needs to be the clamp on version, not the screw on version. I have the 30mm pwk smoothbore carb.

The one i have currently has a light bend in it that puts the carb right into the frame, I have a modified airbox to fit the bigger air intake, so i essentially need a straight intake manifold. The one i have currently works, but it's starting to get stress cracks in the rubber.

I appreciate yalls help if you know of something. Otherwise I'm still searching on ali or ebay

I think these are pretty universal. Not sure tbh but the investment isn't too bad.

I am currently waiting on the slow boat from China for two just like you are describing because I had the same issue with the one you have.

One is a rubber one, one is aluminum with a clamp on boot from Nibbi, both designed for the CQR250, which has the carb on the same side as our bikes.

The aluminum one in question can be ordered on Amazon and has prime shipping, but it is also $16. I have not verified they work yet.

If you are willing to take the chance that it may not work and be out 16 bucks you can go ahead and give it a try.

It is also unknown to me if this intake uses an O ring to seal or requires a gasket since I couldn't find a single image of the flange side. If it does require a gasket, this will work perfect, but the center hole will need to be trimmed to open it up to 30mm. https://www.ebay.com/i/201560291607?chn=ps

I had planned on trying it once it arrived and if it worked ordering a bunch of them for guys here wanting to do a PE or PWK carb (or even a genuine Mikuni).
