I ordered another sprocket with inside hole 20mm and not 17.
also ordered a 18 tooth instead of 17t.
also 428 instead of 420.
not sure what i had on bike ,but the 420 i got in the mail was narrower than what i had on bike.
ill machine it down if 428 is to wide.
i guess we'll see.

It is most likely a 428 sprocket. The 420 was common on the pit bikes.

X2 on 428 being likely. In fact, I've only seen 428 on the few pit bikes I've encountered.

Please let us know how the 18 works for you; you could always delete the sprocket cover if necessary.

Never mind I decided I just had to try it so I found a spot on road that didn't have as much ice and let-er-rip.
The torque feels almost the same as before.bike feels faster but doesn't feel like it was over geared.its 30 below so I didnt check crusing or top speeds.
I think it will b a good balance for my riding style.

It looks like it fits. It also looks like the whole area needs a dose of Super Clean.

Yes your right . It's all the oil and dirt from chain.
Old stator cover was broken when I got bike.New one I bought was wrong style.
Probably for a mini bike.
Would like to get a new cover for it someday.

www.taobao.com is a good source. Type CG200 into the search field.

Dirt bike

Yes I bought tank first and then I got the plastics for the year of tank I believe.
The plastics are the same for many years my guess was they were for a 2006 ish
Just make sure there the crf F model not R .
It was easier to get plastics to fit nicely with the Honda tank.
I still drive the dirt bike around Has a good racket going on in engine lol , but it’s still drives fine.
Another thing I did to make it easier to modify was I got rid of the air intake box and just bought a small filter that goes directly onto carburetor and secured with a clamp .
