Hawk Shifter Oil Seal
Since my Hawk was new, it had a slow oil drip from the shifter seal. Tonight I finally pulled the cover back off and looked for numbers.
The seal reads: TC 14 28 7 16 2023 COG. Did I decode the number correctly? I am hoping it is this seal that I ordered from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Nitril...sr=1-1-catcorr I found a seal on CSC's website that is 14x28x7. The price is $1.20, but ends up being $17.00 with shipping. https://store.cscmotorcycles.com/Pro...5-122&CartID=1 Can anyone verify that the Amazon seal is the right one based on the numbers I pulled. I'd hate to pull it and find that I overlooked something and have to have the bike down for a week waiting on another seal.

Bill... I ordered my shifter seals from AVX Seals... the price was good and they are not made cheap... I have the same size seals you have... check them out....
