It is arriving...eventually

I just spoke with one of the sales guys at Turbo. I am posting this not as an endorsement for the company, but rather as an example of MSRP. The X-Pect is not available, but is supposed to be CARB legal for Californians in the next few months. He said the 2018 KPR/KP 200s are going for $2200 to make room for the 2019s, but I couldn't imagine the X-Pect selling for more than even last year's KP/KPRs. Again, not to plug the company, but he did say they have a store in Henderson, NV, and will ship nationwide. I mention it because new members are always asking where to purchase bikes from, and this gives us one more retail store. They post videos on youtube, and seem to be as good as most anyone else (except for CSC, lol), and probably better than Manny!! Oh, and he mentioned they will carry a Zongshen 400, which is probably the bike teased on Amstar's site months back. Interesting that Zongshen is allowing competition with CSC?!

Thanks for the info culcune. As always, nice sleuth work!

The X-Pect, at 2499.00 (drum brake, non-balanced motor, regular forks, etc..) makes the TT250 look like a steel.

Culcune did they happen to mention the KPT by chance? Their 200 engine with EFI looks pretty impressive on paper.

I was on A. Lifan's Facebook page corresponding with the rep from A. Lifan last night. He told me that the X-Pect will NOT be CARB certified, unfortunately. The KPM (cafe racer with the 200cc engine) should be here in a few months. And the KPT will have a 250cc engine here in the US! Some disappointing (for Californians), but also exciting, news.
