Favor for a friend TaoTao

Afternoon everyone! I ended up saying yes to looking at a TaoTao that hasn't run for a while. I have it running but there are other issues. I think it's a 125cc model and from the VIN I believe it's 2015 model. Seems like you all are knowledgeable about these machines so I am looking for information. Around here, the smaller displacement machines are fairly common for youth machines. I haven't seen the larger CC machines.
