I got to see the pictures skiforce that did help. Now I'm trying to connect the wiring but I can't seek to connect the gears properly. They all illuminate at once or when others are on. The signals and headlight went on fine. 1st connected easily but the rest are a pain in the butt.

I would pull them out of the plug and connect them individually. There may be something wrong with the plug where they're crossing over their signal.

Here is a picture of some of the wiring. The storm does not have color matched wires or maybe I'm missing the. The pink matches for 1st. The red and green striped for neutral.

Hi, What did you do with the original speed pick up and cable since it needs to be a spacer for the wheel?

I left it right where it is. Someone, I don't remember who, turned that into the speed pick up by mounting the optical sensor in the hole and attaching the magnets inside of the speed pick up. Awesome Idea.

Have you checked it with a GPS yet? Every one i tried was off 5-10% and messing with tire size didn't help a lot....

Mine is spot-on. I had to program it though and tell it the diameter in between the two magnets.

The wiring is just a process of elimination and you are doing a good job. Your mount looks great too. I experienced pretty good customer service from Sambdo so don't hesitate to send them a question through amazon.

When it came to programming this was the hardest part for me. I used two magnets and had to set the wheel circumference to "8" which makes no sense but hey it is working great. I used some little rare earth magnets (look like hearing aid batteries) and they stick to the rotor without any epoxy or drilling holes. Also, I had to ride the bike for about 75 miles before the odometer/trip started working.

Sambdo told me that with a 19" front wheel I should be using 3 magnets and setting the diameter to around 700 but that didn't work for me. Good luck, this setup is a huge improvement over stock CB gauges and worth the headache of the install.

any updates on this speedo and if it worked

Did the speedo install work!? my storm is coming in next week and I have the speedo and all my aftermarket parts already, I am not getting a new battery right now though. I will make sure to read through all the info here on installing and wiring because I am terrible at wiring;/ if only I could find a video!
