What kind of hub is this (see pics)?

Hey guys, I'm hoping I can get some help identifying what hub this is so that I can get some cush hub rubbers for it. It's off of an 05 Hummer 200, and it uses a JTR802 (small Suzuki and Kawasaki Enduro) sprocket pattern.

Those look a lot like Honda C90/CM90 Cush drive inserts, aka Honda Cub.

If you have a local Honda dealer, see if they have part number 41241-GB4-770 that you could compare them to.
