Another Canuck aboard
Hey!
I ordered my Lifan GY-5 a couple weeks back; it got in Tuesday. Tomorrow, I spend the day wrestling with insurance and registration paperwork here in Saint John, New Brunswick . . . then hopefully, Friday night and Saturday will be spent putting the bike together. I've had a lot of old UJMS and I'm looking forward to having a new bike. I realize it's not the same as buying a new Jap bike, but I'd still consider a new Chinese machine more reliable than, say, my 1978 CB550 with the CB650 engine, that's turned into a wiring/carb mess. I'm figuring I'll still have to wrench a lot, but hey, that's bikes. And, I'm looking forward to doing some off-roading!
