Where does the middle sized spring go? I know largest is for kickstand and smallest is brake return/switch, but I can't figure out where to put the middle one.

I skipped the rubber inserts on the front fender and just used washers because I couldn't get the screws to line up.

Hertz, I owe you a beverage of your choice. I finally got it all put together. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get to hear it run.

I have 2 rubber pieces left, I think they go on the rear to cover the 4 bolts holding on that part you sent a photo of earlier. I'll post a photo tomorrow if I can't figure it out.

Thanks again!

Good luck!

"Somebody" asked why I was laying on the floor when I was taking that picture. Something about rolling in poo like my dog. The only answer I could come up with was but I don't do it on the lawn.

Hi everyone -

New to the forum and SO glad it exists and is active.

I just got the Hawk for my 13 year old son and oh boy. No assembly instructions.

I know there is a scanned one floating around. Could someone please email it to me. Would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys. Sorry to highjack. I have a stupid question. I'm putting my Hawk together and was was wondering, does the front axle bolt need the spacer that. And with the long bolt and nut? And if so, what side, Caliper side, on the outside of the forks?
