Doh! Recieved my hawk from Q9 Powersports still no Mco?

Hi all, I ordered a hawk 250 from q9 Powersports and I recieved it last Monday.
I at that time called them with my serial number so they could get my Mco out to me.
I called last Friday just to see how it was coming along and was told it was being shipped out that dAy.
It didn't arrive in the mail so I called q9 again and now they are telling me that they are waiting for it from rps?
When I told the gentleman what I had been told last Friday he said not sure who told you that.
Now the people I have talked to have all been very nice but I am not sure I like this whole we are sending it to we haven't even got it yet thing?
Now the guy I talked to today said it could talke up to two more weeks to get the Mco?
What do you guys think I went from being very happy with my purchase to now slightly annoyed at the conflicting info I am recieving.

Had a few MCO/MSO issued recently (from a different company, but similar Dealership MCO paperwork should take about the same time), and both times it took 8 and 13 or so (business) days to receive the MCO.

No reason to be mad... they haven't screwed you over like 360 Power Sports/Tx PowerSports did me... I received a busted up, sun faded, "Floor Model"... and they got all pissed at me when I started complaining about "it not looking like a 'Ready to buy/ride Floor Model' it looked like a rusted and broken POS... I want replacement parts or my $ back"....

According to "Manny" it was my fault from the start, I "should have known a Chinese Motorcycle doesn't hold up to weather like Japanese ones do, your bike might have been in the sun and rain for a few month, I don't remember when we got it in, could have been more than a few month, you didn't pay for shipping, we are losing $$$ on this deal..." blah blah blah... ends up... I'm out a huge chunk of $ and got left with a 'Tx Sun Faded "Floor Model' "

So don't get mad/annoyed just yet... doesn't sound like Q9 has 'done you dirty' in any way just yet

Thanks man, I am so far cool lol.
I just didn't like the whole we are shipping it out today, the guy I talked to Friday said that itcwas being done as we spoke.
To when I call today the guy says they haven't even gotten the paperwork yet from rps.
That's the only thing that got me suspicious.

Piss poor after the sale customer service from the sellers is what it sounds like. They got their cash and they're done apparently. It shouldn't take Adam having to wet nurse these people along in meeting customer service and satisfaction. I guess folks will have to bypass the rest of these clowns and buy only from APSCUSA. All the better for them! Kudos to Adam for doing what he can.
