If test low, try starting using jumper cables connected to a TURNED-OFF vehicle battery.

If it's going grrrrrr ,the starter might be operating ,but the chain might be broken or something .If you take the left side cover off of the engine you should be able to see the chain on the end of the starter to see if it's moving ,broken ,etc. .

I guess I should ask if it's a typical honda horizontal clone engine or is it something else as what I explained above would be for a honda clone not sure about anything else .

Thanks guys but I am a dumbass. I had it on the charger for about 12 hrs, so I thought it was not the battery. Turns out shortly after I plugged in the charger my wife unplugged it. I was not even looking when I took off the cables and tried to start it.

Don't you love it when people try to help, by unplugging your charger?

LOL. Yeh if you unplug a charger but leave it connected to the battery it will then drain your battery. Are you back up and running yet? Or still on the charger?

Its on the charger now, I will let you know when its up and running.

Now the other one is blowing the fuse as soon as I turn the key. Just cant catch a brake with them. Going to pull the body off this weekend and start looking at wires.

fuse..

If you JUST turn on the key... is the fuse good.. if not the ignition switch may be no good... if you apply the brake and then the fuse blows.. un-plug the tail lights... and re-try.. I have had where the tail lights had a short in them.. and when you applied the brakes to start the motor.. it blew the fuse...

Thanks for the tip, I took it to my neighbor he is working on it. I will call and let him know about the tail light.

My neighbor unplugged everything and let it sit in his heated garage for a couple of days and now things are working better. No blown fuse. Must have had some moisture some place.

moisture

you can put VASEOLINE in the plugs.. same as die - electric grease... but cheaper.. keeps plugs dry
