cg200 waterpump gear

Have had cooling problems .fan stopped .engine popping at high rpm .water use . overflow tank venting continuously .radiator leak checked and fixed.new electric fan . removed water pump cover and found that there was no resistance , so pulled side off engine. Nothing major 13 screws clutch cable foot well ,peg and other crap ,got to the guts and found inner gear stripped , so deciding whether to fix this up or just get a new motor , this still runs fine but I am concerned that the heat may cause some issues later on ,plus how and where to find water pump gear cheap enuf

I suspect that it'll struggle without the cooling system, since there are no cooling fins on that cylinder. You could certainly convert it to air cooled.
