What is up with the cc limit?
Why are most china bikes 250cc on down? That's enough power around town and on twisty highways, but not quite enough for major highways.

I've seen a 400cc I belive but forgot where it was as I've been searching for it plus can always regear them but bike will work harder and will lose acceleration

Don't forget chinese bike is mainly for developing area that needs economic transport "tool". >250cc is NOT much $ difference btw a used "cage" . For example this (based on Charade) amlost every native family can effort one in my Southern China hometown.

The frame of architecture won't support much more than 250cc. The outside diameter of the cylinder can't become so large that it interferes with the cylinder studs, and that is the fixed point.
