bearing question for the mech engineers....LOL

So i am trying to spec out bearings to mate the shineray to its new rims... The wheels come spec'd with this bearing... (using the rear wheel for the comparison, front wheel is slightly smaller bearings but load ratings are approximately the same spec.

Bearings in the wheel now are: Dim:17.000 x 40.000 x 12.000Desc.:*Deep Groove BallBrand:*6203 2RS, PremiumDynamic Load (kN):9.60Static Load (kN):4.60Speed (RPM):Grease18,000Oil21,000

And bearing to potentially use: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=400073285168 would the load ratings still be acceptable for use on the bike? And if not, what bearing in a 15x40mm platform, 11-12mm width could be used if anyone would know?
