bushings
I know viva motorsports went out of business so getting swing arm bushings from them isn't happening. And. My search for other quads with the same bushings has cost me $60 worth of bushing that only fit the front. Is there anywhere to find them or can I make them from polyurethane shore 80? Never made a bushing before but seems like my only option.

You could certainly make your own. My buddy made a set for MidlifeKrisis out of UMHW plastic, and they're holding up well. If you got lucky enough to find a hole saw that matched the OD, you could cut the basic shape and then drill the ID to suit.
