Grounds are good. There was one intake bolt that had worked it's way loose, so I fixed that problem. I got it to run, but still has an erratic idle. Runs good on the top end, maybe a little rich, but when you blip the throttle you can hear air rushing in & it takes a second to respond. Once it does respond it's full blast pulling wheelies. Might step back down to the 16mm carb & try to get it tuned out. Odd that it acts like this 20mm carb is too big since they were factory on some 110s, but that's the symptoms I'm getting right now. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Me too! Can't believe I almost overlooked it. Now just need to get the carb tuned & have it ready for him to ride this weekend.

A cereal box gasket is a good option. It's just about the right thickness.

A little carb tuning & she purrs like a kitten. Fires right up on 1st or 2nd kick & haven't even used the electric start. Glad I got this one figured out... on to the next project.
