That engine sure looks like an OHC Honda clone. I don't have any personal experience with using CRF parts in a China motor, but it makes sense. Once you have the engine in your hands, you'll be able to measure the camshaft and the piston to determine what else is available to you.

but what service manual do i use ??? to rebuild that motor

I can't guide you specifically Anthony, because I've never rebuilt one of those engines. My best guidance would be to take an XR200 service manual out from the library and see if the engine is identical. If it is, you can use the specs and procedures from the manual.
