I guess this is goodbye

To all those who have helped me along over the past few months,
with a whole heart I want to say THANK YOU!!!

including the headlight issues from the post yesterday!

Be as it may, I hopped on the WILL bike this morning, and after a
long fussy start up I finally got going down the road. I went just a few miles down the road to the local Honda dealership. They open at 8AM. I was there at 7:55. Long story short, they offered me way more than I was expecting for trade in on my bike, and about an hour later, I rode away on my new 2015 Honda CB300F. SOOOOOOOO, guess I will never get to post my findings on the 44 tooth sprocket change. One promise I am just going to have to break.

Wish I lived close enough to roll by the honda dealer there and make them an offer. I would love to find a deal on a chinese bike. I am just not willing at the moment to lay out the money for an rx3. Maybe if the VA can fix up the heart problems later on. I look at a chinese bike or scooter as a kit, mostly complete but needing some work to finish it up.

Very cool bike, Louis!

You don't need to own a China bike to be a member here. Please feel free to stick around, and share your Honda adventures with us. Plenty of Honda fans in this shop.

Indeed, please start a new thread on your CB300F in our Other Brands Forum. We would love to learn more about your new Honda. I own two Hondas myself.

Well, that is a deal. Since I like this forum so well, I will just stay "in tune"
in the other rides forum.

That's a Peach.. and 30 years ago they laughed at Jap bikes, same way as the Chinese ones get sneered at today. Sorry you had a bad experience, I think it will be a year or two before people gain confidence. Please do share your bike with us.. that really is a good looker
