Weld, my idea is to make a stainless steel header pipe and buy one of those ebay carbs so jets are easier to come by.

Don't know what size the standard jets are, I've just adjusted the idle fuel mixture and it seems to be running fine for short trips are my area.

I've got a small filter that I'll try and fit up...

On the inlet manifold you can see that I have blanked the vent that was part of the emission set-up, is it right to have it blanked like that? I thought that was the way to go...

I've set mine to the manual.

36 psi for the front and 32 psi for the rear, I'll see how it feels and if need be take a few psi out at a time.
