The green cable is not coming from the stator....

The green cable is not coming from the stator. It's exiting from the rectifier. I am a bit confused about it.

And why could it have blasted when no battery was connected to rectified?

And from rectifier 5 cables coming out two are from the pulsar coil. And three yellow cables from the stator.. The pulsar green is not...

It seems that the Water level was decreased initially because the water system needed to prime itself once all water galleries and channels were full no bubbles or water reduction was observed.

I have 163ML class engine. Just finished its top end work. Replaced cylinder, piston, head gasket, valve guides, valves, valve seals, lapped new valves.

Now I m checking at the radiator cap...

The needle might be bent. Or might be stucking int the emulsion tube which usually happens when the needle jet is improperly seated. (the jet through which the needle goes in /out)
