I had similar experience here in SE OHIO, but I just brought in pic of the bike, VIN, etc, and used the MCO that came with the bike, the "FAKE" one, and filled in all of the info for the lady...

Even at that, those prices are still high, Canadian is only about 20-25% more right??? Guys are getting these things for anywhere from $1100 - $1800 here, which makes that $2850 seem RIDICULOUS. ...
