Hi all, been a while, not long ago bought a skyjet 125. Dead cheap and on a 2008 plate. Here in the uk. using the cg125 156fmi pushrod engine.

The bike was well worn covered 12 thousand miles...

Well. got the bike out side and on the 3rd turn of the engine it came...

the engine timing is done in the lower section. No need to time if you have not disturbed the crank/cam.

The ignition timming is static. so you cant change this....

Finished the engine, Porting done along with re-profile of the valves and a good grinding in. New head gasket, head torque to 23Ftlb with the special 5th head bolt at 15Ftlb....
