I found a replacement fender at Royal Distributing. It's from a company called Polisport. The one I used is for a CR125. A little trimming and a couple of holes and it fit just fine.

It made a difference, but I ended up swapping out the carb for a Mikuni 25mm. That carb really makes the bike run well.

Thanks Allen. The shock that's there is about 9 3/4". I have enough room for one that's 1-1 3/4" longer. I still cannot believe that my scrawny 140 lb body bottoms this out so easily. 8O
