Front axle torque and assembly sequence

So I was planning on changing my tires and fork oil. However I don’t what’s the sequence to follow with this axle since it has 4 pinch bolts. Also there’s no nut at the left side

, the fork leg is threaded at that side so I don’t know what torque should be applied to this? The bolt head is an Allen 10mm. In the rear axle I have used the tt 250 spec(35 ft lbs) without issues. The bike model is ZS250GY-7 but I haven’t found a manual for it.
