Lifan X-Pect

Hi Folks, I have a 2020 X-Pect which has a few mods for road riding, has about 2800 miles on the clock, has no dents or scratches and need to let it go for a reasonable price. My wife is now in a wheel chair and as I happen to be the chairs donkey engine and am turning 80 next month feel that I need to get rid of the temptation to ride in case I should fall off and end up with 2 wheel chairs and no donkey. Question is , what would be a reasonable price.

Wow !I cannot imagine riding a dirt bike at 80 ,good for you for staying healthy and nimble enough to do that .
Sorry to hear you are giving it up ,but I do understand the reason .

Hello sorry to hear your giving up riding, I think $800.00 would be fair.Smarter to quit before getting hurt,me 63 and don't see riding much longer. Thinking cam am side by side, but so much money.

Thanks guys, I will try to list the X-Pect on our local craigs list for $1000 or best offer and include the bike lift and the stuff for reading the EFI system. Believe me if my wife was still mobile I would have the bike on the back of my RV and be somewhere down south where it is warm.

I think $1000 seems like a good starting point. I realize these bikes aren't supposed to retain resale value but the $600 that I paid for my 2022 Hawk DLX seemed like a smokin deal and I snatched it up as soon as I found out the previous buyer backed out. I feel kind of guilty that the seller short changed himself.
