Need a new inner tube for rear tire on a trailmaster 200

I just bought an 05 QJ trailmaster 200 used for 750 bucks. I have put about 50 miles on it so far (for a total of 78 miles on the odometer) and most of them have been off road. Today while riding my rear tire went flat. Upon removing the tire I found that the inflation nozzle had ripped free from the inner tube, rendering my tube useless. Does anyone know where I could go to purchase a replacement tube or which standard bikes have a tube that is similar enough to use. I measure the rim on the rear wheel and it is 19 inches. The bike is very similary to the lifan 200 gy-2, so I am hoping I could swap it out for a tube form one of those.

Tire is most likely a 4.10x18". Tell them that size or look at the label on the box and find one to fit.

Any bike shop should have that size.
