New Storm

I just ordered a new Bashan Storm on Wednesday. I ordered it assembled being delivered to Central Oregon. I have been reading related posts about the Storm and I will try to give some feedback about the bike. I'm 6'2" and I hope the seat height is not an issue.

Welcome. I am 6'4 and the storm seat is a little lower on the storm than my Hawk, and I can stand up off my Hawk seat just a teeny bit while flat footed. Seat height shouldn't be a problem.

The seat height is 33-34 inches.

Well you probably got the bike CraigT, how do you like it and I think your height should be good I'm guessing.

I really like my Storm, post a pic if you get a chance.

I got the bike and have put around 100 miles on it. I'm still waiting for the paperwork so I can get it licensed, so I have not been able to ride it much. The first thing I did was paint the white quarter panel. I would share a picture but I can't seem to be able to figure out how to attach the photo. I'll keep trying.

When you make a post there is a paperclip above the area where you type. Hit that and it will allow you to upload from you computer, it will say "choose file".

Just went on my first real ride. 320 miles from Crooked River Ranch to Seneca Oregon. I rode pavement 2/3 of the time and Forest Service trails the rest of the time. I got 65 mpg on my way there and 75 on the way back. The only issue I had except for giant mud puddles was I broke the spring on the foot brake.

Looks good! I also like your shop floor; was that done when you moved in?
