trailmaster tm35 250cc

i have a brand new trailmaster tm35, rode for a few hours, had let the bike sit for a few weeks due to adulting and not having time to ride.... Currently I have an issue of it cranking but not starting, ive inspected the cdi box and it seems to be working, fuel is good, fuel filter is good, not getting any spark from the plug, you guys have any ideas or where to look?

i have a tm31 and bought a nibbi carburater. the carb that came with it is a clone of a nibbi but like with my otherr chinese stuff a nibbi carb will fix any starting issues. excellent carbs.
