What’s wrong with these pictures?

Hey guys. Maybe some of you that have assembled some of these bikes can tell me why these front ends are so misaligned? I included a couple of pics for reference. One that looks good and another that doesn’t. I’ve seen this in the front and the back. Thanks!

I recently noticed my front end was badly misaligned. I couldn't tell where the problem was - I thought maybe it was the forks. I loosened the fender bolts and discovered there was LOTS of room for adjustment. I aligned it correctly and the front end then looked perfect.
