Removing airbox

Hey All!

I recently installed a new exhaust on my tt250 but it’s touching the airbox. I was wondering if it is possible to remove it and put one of those cone shape filters. I am hesitant because of the lines going in and out I’m not sure what they do. If I can’t use that other filter is there an alternative to solve my problem?

You can remove it completely. However, on my Borzz, I opted to keep parts of it to act as a mud guard.
One hose will be your crankcase breather tube (route up high with a breather filter), one will be drainage, one will be for your emissions device. Delete the emission device and cap off at the head with a vacuum plug cap and hose clamp.
You'll have to re-jet your carb once you get the pof filter on.
