GIO Upgrades?

Pardon my continuing posts - but it's freaking cold outside, so I can't actually physically do anything with the GIOs I have, and this is tiding me over

Are there any easy/cheap performance upgrades available for these bikes? Right now, I'm looking at the CDI's at wish.com, and I'm debating whether it's worth buying one to try out or not. As for other upgrades, I don't know what else out there will fit the bikes, and none of the vendors that I get after market bike parts for list any of the Chinese bikes.
