Hawk250dlx fuel?air?spark? Problem
hey guys i’ve been having a battle with my 2022 hawk DLX the past 2-3 months. i can’t seem to get it running properly.
bike turns on and has a rough low idle. when given gas it either dies or bogs (when is dies smoke comes out exhaust) i’ve tried many different things and have replaced over $400+ worth of oem parts. REPLACED: air filter fuel pump & assembly throttle body spark plug TRIED: compression test (155psi) different gasolines/ additives spark test(plenty of spark) fuel pressure test(in spec) pulled out the injector and it’s spraying fine. The problem originally started when i was riding and it started sputtering/losing power so i took it home. Anyone else have this problem? any solutions? i’m thinking it could possibly be ECU or piston sensor but i replaced piston position sensor about 700 miles ago. any help is appreciated Last edited by PeteTheCat; 08-09-2024 at 01:46 PM. Have you scrutinized your wiring harness for loose connections or exposed wire? How about the vacuum system. I would think you would show a check engine light if one of the sensors was bad. Have you adjusted the valves?
