Just sitting there it looks like the chain is rubbing on the tranny case...
But I have seen some Harley conversions that really rock. There used to be a company in California that built dirt frames for Harley engines. There's a thread over on ADVrider with pics..

here another monkey wrench thrown in h-d uses the engine # for the title
japs use the frame # it might be hotter than it looks
