Holy #$%@. My instinct would be to put it in the ditch, but he was able to maintain the lane and survive.

And the really scary part is that you meet drivers like that every day... I was coming home from a docs appt this afternoon and a woman blew through a stop sign in an old pickup. She didn't even slow down, and I know she didn't look because I was turning right and was looking right at her! Dunno what's wrong with people these days...

I know what you mean my brother and I encountered basically the same situation only in our car coming out of the mts in Tahoe, on a 2 lane road and the guy was trying to pass an rv. He made it cause we were coming out of a passing lane back to the two lane and we moved way into the shoulder. I was especially frightened because i was not behind the wheel, also cause it was my 17 year old brothers 2nd time driving this tough highway he did better than I expected under that pressure.

Wow, I didn't get the sense from the first part of the video that the car hit the ditch! I though the rider merely pulled over to check his shorts.

It's beyond idiotic to pass another car over the double yellow line; it's homicidally evil. I'm glad the motorcyclist was not killed by that moron! 8O

That looks like the way I got creamed in reverse. Scary to watch! That driver deserves a public beating.
