Apollo AGB 36 250CC

Hey guys,

New to the group, but glad to be here. I just finished assembling the AGB 36 and she fired right up and runs well, however the rear tire is locked up. It will roll back and forth a little while in neutral or with the clutch pulled, but then it catches. Same goes when I put it in first, It'll go for a foot or two and then lock. The rear break is fine and not seized. What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Did you get all the shipping straps removed?
