Good Morning everyone. And thanks Bruce. I'm okay.
 We got a direct hit from the hurricane. We lost power Wednesday night. Still out as of this morning. I have a generator and a window AC so I'm comfortable. I also have it setup for natural gas so don't have to worry about getting gasoline. We probably will be out of power till Sunday or Monday. Most of the parish is without power. I had a few window blown out on my front porch, fence knocked down and tree limbs everywhere in my yard. I got most of that cleaned and damage fixed up yesterday. I'm actually back at work today. Our company helps with getting businesses like grocery stores back up and running. My phone service has been iffy for the past few days so really didn't have access.

Jerry, glad to hear you folks are ok! Last year Idalia flooded my downstairs garage with 21” of salt water. This year Debby hit the house again but only flooded the well and septic again. Damn I dislike these hurricanes. Just wanted you to know they just don’t pick on you folks from LA, my house is in Cedar Key, FL, lately called hurricane alley.:cry….

I agree. The election is definitely all over the news. No opinion there.
I have heard about Hurricane Francine from weather forecasts. It gave us overcast and cooler weather here in Kansas City. Must more rain SOuth and East of us. I didn't know that Francine slung so much moisture and wind over Florida! Good luck in the cleanup Jerry. I guess tropical depression "Invest 94L" is too far away to predict a path right now.
