So I did some searching for this part. As you found out, it looks like it can't be found on any normal CB website. So I looked on a Honda one. Makes sense as these engines are copied from older Hondas. Well, as far as can tell, these smaller atvs are based on the C70 engines. I guess it makes sense as they were auto clutch models. Anyway, it looks like the part described as a LEVER, CLUTCH might fit;

It's for a 1982 C70. I can't guarantee that it fits but it looks pretty close. The earlier CT70/CT90 models have a similar arm but these aren't available at least on the above site.

Seeing how the above part costs a bit over $26 before shipping, and there's no guarantee that it fits, if it was me, I would make every effort to fix the one on the atv. The OP hasn't said what was wrong with part but it seems that it shouldn't be too hard to repair as the part is quite simple.

Edit: found out the the part is available from Amazon.

Amazon shows that it fits a range of Honda models from 1969 all the way to 2012. I guess if it was mine and couldn't be repaired, I would order it from Amazon for the $35.48 they've asking as its eligible for return.
