Rx3 in tank fuel filter
I have my RX3 tank apart and am looking for info how the inline fuel filter should be as mine is bent at a 90 deg angle standing up in the tank. So too me its only sucking fuel about 1" square around where it mounts to tank and 3/4 of it is being wasted because of the tight bend its at ????
Any pics of them installed correct way if there is a correct way directionally. Also how do you take it off the fuel pump to clean it? Thanks, rj

Sorry to be dense NZ. What am I unclipping? The filter from the pump or unclipping all the hoses so I can take the fuel pump assembly to the air compressor to blow out filter. I tried to pull filter off but though I would break it before it came off.
I'm one of those guys that needs small words and short sentences I guess to understand things. thanks rj

filter pulls or levers off the pump and possible to break if not carefull but it is replaceable. Look at the plastic frame it sits in and logic will sort out how to unclip the top half and fold or remove the pump (that was the case on my Benelli using the same pump setup) |

Thanks NZ for your help. I just blow it off lightly with air. Didn't seem to have much sediment on it. Gave up trying to get filter off pump and put it back in tank. Working on the 300 kit install now.
