Xpro Templar 250x charging system

Hi everyone. I have a 2023 xpro Templar 250x. I rode it the other day and after a short ride I shut it off at a gas station and then it cranked over very slowly. Later that day I had the same problem. I keep the bike on a battery tender when not in use. This morning I was going to ride it to work, it started fine because it was on the battery tender. While warming it up I glanced at the voltage gauge and noticed it was only in about the middle of the gauge.... Not good. I reved it up to 3000/4000 rpm. It made no difference what so ever. Still middle of the gauge. I turned on the headlight and the gauge actually dropped. Not good. When I have a chance I'm going to put a volt meter on the battery and check voltage to see what the output is. Does anyone know what the voltage should be at the battery? I'm pretty sure the stator is going bad. I have already ordered a new stator, battery and stator cover gasket for it. Has anyone else had a similar problem with the Templar x? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
