There was a guy out riding one of those on the trails a couple weeks ago. If I remember right he said it was a clone of the Yamaha raptor 250.

Wink pentora 250cc

I have Pentora 250cc racing sport .
here is a list of mods I have done
PWK28 Nibbi carb
Nibbi manifold
Nibbi high-performance air filter
Everbright LED lamps P15D
Nilight ZH084 12" light bar
I am also getting a carb jet kit..20 pc. 10 slow 10 main
The PZ30 carb only allows setting your idle that's it. Bye bye POS30
This is only the start.
next is CDI, coil, chain and sprockets..
Got all off amazon.
I hope this helps you down the long mod road.
Oh . the carb size is 33mm by 44mm. 44mm is the air filter side
Also deleted the PAIR valve

The PZ30 is tunable. The idle mixture screw is covered with a plug that can be drilled out. Bowl screws can be slotted so you can remove the bowl to swap jets.

Do not buy the Nibbi manifold will not work.
iI had to chop the original intake.. about 2.5 " away from head side (do not worry about nipple, if you did a PAIR delete no prob) went and bought a 90 deg radiator hose and cut to fit.had to get away from rear shock assembly..air filter on a 45 so it fits .. The difference befoer/after hard to explain.....beyond shocked.

Doh! Radiator hose.

Thought the radiator hose connection between manifold and carb would work, it does not. The hose did not fail but is very close. The cavitation between strokes caused it to weaken at the radius. I caught it in time. I will have to bend a 1" pipe at work..I'm going to use EMT I think it should work. The leftover radiator hose will be used to mate it all together. Still quick as s#!t. Have around 12 hours on the engine Got it up to 41mph.

2020 Vitacci Pentora 250cc racing Sport ATV

Whatever, Sport first or Racing.

I replaced a STK. PZ30 carb, and upgraded to a PWK 28 Nibbi. OK......

When I "GOOSE" the throttle all is good, through to 3/4 throttle good, after that its like it bogs down. wwweeeeeethhhhoooo. got it? I believe I have my air/fuel right as well as the idle, bogs after 3/4 throttle
..Is this an up jet or down jet? Could it be the depth of the needle valve in the main jet? Variables , variablesthanks:

Main jet, most likely need to go bigger.

Hi Mobius.

I just hit about 20hrs with my new pentora 250cc so I've been WOT'ing now. It's fast enough, but after reading your posts, I'm kinda itching to mod this quad.

What made you go with a PWK28? I looked it up and came up with this....

https://www.amazon.com/NIBBI-Racing-.../dp/B076CHRKNZ

Since the oem carb was 30mm, wouldn't this have been a better fit?
https://www.amazon.com/nibbi-Racing-...08H3DXAA1BCGZ9

Since you're using an aftermarket intake filter, do you still have the huge intake box? I would imagine no since there's not much room between the carb and the oem intake.

If/when time permits, can you posts pictures of your setup?

Thanks!

pentora 250cc the beast awakens

What is up? EvoLou

OK I have been diligently moding the heck out of my Pen 250cc
Here is where i am at. I just finished tuning the PWK28.
slow jet / pilot 32
main 118
power jet 1 turn out.
needle jet position #3

AC racing CDI 6 pin (blue alloy finish) Prt#X0022JS6LGJ
Nibbi High-performance ignition coil prt# X0027XNUBF
Spark plug E3.36 (E3Sparkplugs.com)
Nibbi air filter 48mm KL-48-WT

As for the original airbox, I deleted the everything except the box under the seat. I blocked off the hole where the air filter sat. Cut a piece of thick plastic and covered the hole. Now i have storage..

If you do get the PWK28 you will have to modify your intake manifold..I cut mine about 3 inches away from the head. The original intake pipe is in the wrong orientation needed to install the 28. Ok this going to sound "Steam Punk" I used a 1 1/4" factory copper 90 elbow to make the turn, rubber sleeves as a coupler. works bad ash.

added a trickle charger quick connect..
another thing, your new airfilter will end up right by your left knee, i am looking into a flat airfilter, less chance to knock it off by accident..

Changed out weak headlamps for LEDs Everbright P15D motorcycle Head lamps 3 COB 18w high low beams. these look sick . Makes it look like the machine has orange eyes, very bright. also added a 12" light bar by Nilight ZH084 72 watt spot flood light, makes a HUGE diference if you like to ride at night. Lights up everything in front of you. no bs..
will try to upload pics I have the grey/silver P250. love it

THe radiator hose was not a perminate fix, could not handle the pressure flucuations, caught in time before it blew

no more edits i am going riding

i am trying to upload pics to my album. chk it out

Razz Vitacci Pentora 250cc

Hello all,

I just added a slip-on silencer and what a difference it made. kemimoto Motorcycle Universal Exhaust Slip-on Silencers & Mufflers Compatible with Grom ATV Dirt Bike Street Bike Scooter Exhaust Pipe Diameter 38mm to
Manufacturer ‎kemimoto
Brand ‎Kemimoto
Item Weight ‎3.1 pounds
Product Dimensions ‎7.87 x 5.91 x 3.15 inches
Manufacturer Part Number ‎FFZH0132-02

I had been topping out at 47 mph for about 3 weeks before I changed out the stock silencer. On the first ride, I hit 50mph. I still had more, I now have the beginnings of the "Death Wobble". I have to solve the wobble, I have been researching steering dampers and the prices are from 100USD up to over 600USD. We are all aware of the fun of buying aftermarket parts and add-ons. I will update you again with information about which steering dampers can be installed on the V. Pentora

You will have to cut the original muffler off, get as close to the end as possible. Leave the 2 braces on the pipe, They will/can be used when installing the slip-on. I had it welded to the remaining exhaust pipe. It sounds great, a nice deep rumble while idling, and screams when at full throttle...The price was less than 50USD and came with all hardware needed.
I am going to try and get past 55mph. See Ya...
