Hawk/Templar seat comfort

I heard the Achilles heel on the Templar is it's less comfortable seat for longer rides, compared to the hawk.

My questions are:

1- How comfortable is the seat on the Templar?
Like, how long can you comfortably ride on the highway with the OEM seat?

2- Are the seats of the hawk and Templar interchangeable?

3- Is there an after market seat for the Templar?

4- Are there aftermarket seat covers for the Templar (under which I could install some foam for better seat comfort)?
