Zongshen ZS250GS Sport parts. Cheap.
I picked up a former members Zong so that it could live on. The parts will be made available a very low cost to members to keep their machines running.
Weld has already spoken for the engine, forks, wiring, rear sets and some other pieces. Here is the bike. Frame has a title.

Started the teardown. Only needed a few wrenches and metric hex wrenches. Emilie and Buford are watching movies in the shop. I fixed the TV so that we can watch out there. 40 degrees inside. Maybe next year we will get heat.

I'm very grateful for your efforts, Allen.

I will likely have it apart tomorrow. Need to check out the shipping options. I have plenty of pallets here.

Buford, Meika and I stripped down some more parts. This bike is built so much better than the lifan.

Pretty much a rolling frame with an engine attached now. 45 degrees in the shed tonight.

Not all Chinese motorcycles are created equal. Zongshen has been building strong bikes with reliable engines for a long time. The current RX3 is merely the next step in the advancement of Zongshen products.

It may not be Japanese quality, but its close. I suspect the RX3 will be very close to Japanese quality.

I'm really looking forward to this motor; thanks again for your efforts.
Would you like me to also send you the long stroke actuator I have? It's 12 volt, and we discussed it in the past for a dump project you had, IIRC.

Sure. We may be able to use it someplace.

I am looking forward to the minibike. It should be just in time for 4-h judging.

You'll love it. It's equipped with factory drum brakes, rather than scrub style.

Nice. Mine had a band brake. It never worked. I have a 3hp tecumseh on a garden tiller that I think we will use.

I guess I'm very late, but if someone else has a motor like this for sale, please, let me know.
