More Mod's I guess???
Hey guy's,
I took the plug out of my 06 lifanGY-5 and found the gap is 0.03, my bad, I didn't check it when I was loc-titing and oil changing .. How did I miss something so simple, the kicker is, I have a new plug, it fell down in the seat of my car and my Camry swallowed it up til today, I knew I bought it, just where the hell did it go? Anyway, got it in and it feels like a whole new beast, also put 2 holes in the exhaust while I had it apart and not much HP difference but sounds like a big bore now, also put some washers on the rubber guard behind the rear shock, all that is there are 2 10mm nuts, I recommend this or it'll rip right out... and loc-tite them of course... |

Also when I took my pipe off, I gave it a shake and there was alot of crap rattling around in there, not from my drilling, It had to have been from China before it got to me, I blew it out and found little pieces of metal scrap, I'll post pics, scary...also forgot to mention the exhaust port at the head had enough extra weld inside to probably weld a whole Kia, I ground this off too... Just a head's up...

what is the correct gap for the plug on this bike? good thoughts also!

.07-1 mm gap is recommended.. I set mine at 1 mm..
